Contract prices for schools, kindergartens and groups

The accommodation price includes:

• Energy, waste collection, room disinfection, laundry service and other overhead expenses.
• There is a towel for each bed in each room.
• 1 person in a double room pays the price for the entire room (for 2 beds).
• Children: free up to the age of 3 (without the right to a bed, it is possible to bring your own travel cot).

The price does not include the municipal accommodation fee of CZK 20/person/night.

Arrival at the accommodation: from 14:00 to 17:00
End of accommodation: before 10 a.m

Catering

Breakfast
Breakfast: 150 CZK/person/day. 

Half board
Breakfast + dinner: 330 CZK/person/day.

Lunches
Option to order lunch from the restaurant’s daily menu.

Animals

Upon agreement, a small, medium-sized dog / cat can stay for a fee of 300 CZK/day. Large breeds of dogs cannot be accommodated in our guesthouse. Pets must not be left alone in the room and must not disturb other guests by barking in the room (especially at night), must not run freely around the building, must always be on a leash.

Violation of these rules may be grounds for termination of stay.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to demand a reservation deposit from the client, the amount of which depends on the length of stay and the number of people. The deposit is included in the payment for the stay at the end of the stay.

In the event that the client cancels the stay less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total advance payment will be forfeited to the accommodation provider. Upon agreement, it is possible to reschedule the stay and the deposit will not be forfeited.

The price list is valid for stays from 1st April 2023
